Research Questions

• Which features of the My Organization page are leaders using?

• Is there a link between rank and the features being used?

• What issues or problems are leaders encountering on the My Organization page?

Key Findings

 

• On average, users spent 5 minutes and 17 seconds on the My Organization page, with session durations ranging from as short as 2 seconds to over an hour (0:02–65:06).

• Only one-third of users who visited the page interacted with its features, indicating limited engagement.

​

• Several areas of the My Organization page consistently took over 10 seconds to load. This slow performance occurred every time users accessed the page, including when they revisited it during the same session.

​

• Facilitator Observation: Slow loading times likely contributed to high bounce rates, with users abandoning the page before interacting with its features.
