Key Findings

 

  • The current searchability of Leader Tools in the Back Office does not meet members’ needs.

  • All participants required clarification on several Leader Tools during the study, indicating that the purpose or function of many tools was unclear based solely on their names.

  • These findings suggest that the existing information architecture of Leader Tools lacks alignment with users’ mental models and expectations, leading to confusion and inefficiency.
